Marcos was a great help. He showed me all the different technologies that each paddle had and made it easy for me to understand what I was using during the demo process. I love this program and store! Marcos thanks again for your exceptional service!

Thank you so much Pickleball Rx. What a great experience. From the time I first walked in to the time I walked away with my new paddle. With the great help from Marco, I was able to make my final decision and chose the best for me. He took the time to inform me and let me try out all the various types of paddles designed best for my needs and price point. I would recommend everyone interested in purchasing a new paddle or anything related to Pickleball Rx. They provide a great Demo Program and best way to make an informed decision. Thanks again for your awesome service Marco and Robby too!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Olivia is a Rockstar. She spent nearly an hour with us going through Paddles, shoes, balls, and all the changes in technology. With the in store paddle borrowing program, I am going to test what can improve my game and know before I purchase!! Total win! See ya next week, Olivia!

Staff is very knowledgeable on all things Pickleball! They have a great demo program, too. Being new to the sport, I didn't want to overspend on gear just yet, and Olivia was great in helping me choose a budget friendly option. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade to a really good paddle.

Their 30 day demo program was great. The staff, especially Brennen, were very knowledgable in recommending paddles that would fit my play style. They were also flexable with swapping paddles out, putting paddles on the wait list or keeping paddles a few days longer if no one had the paddle on the waitlist. It was great being able to keep 2 at a time to compare side by side to really find out which paddle I liked more. Once the trial was done I was able to apply the $30 that I paid for the demo program towards the paddle I ended up buying. I would highly recommend their demo program so you can try multiple paddles before purchasing.
